Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched within 7 days from placement, this may vary due to a variety of reasons including payment processing, inventory tracking, and technical troubles.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Once posted, an order placed using standard shipping will not be able to be tracked. This is the same for domestic and international orders.
Current shipping estimates are approximately 5 business days domestically, and 3-5 weeks internationally. This is subject to change as the current global pandemic situation continues to affect postage times due to delays and backlogs in the various systems of postage (USA especially).
EXPRESS/TRACKED SHIPPING
Once posted, tracking information will be sent via email to the address listed with the order.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
Unfortunately sometimes packages may be subjected to damage as they are handled and shipped nationally and globally. Sad Tofu has no control over such instances and as such is not liable for any damage arising from this.
Similarly; once an order has arrived at the destination, if it is then to encounter damage (eg. left in an unsafe place, damaged by water leakage into mailbox, left for long enough to be eaten by snails, etc) this is not covered by Sad Tofu and thus the brand has no obligation to refund or replace the items in question.
